'Cesspool of Corruption': Dems Reintroduce Bill to Impose Supreme Court Term Limits

The bill is DOA, no chance of it going anywhere. It's a nice thought, but unlikely when the next logical step is congressional term limits. No chance of them voting against their own best interests.
