Http requests for HipCamp.com kept timing out and led me to discover they're being sent from Charter to AWS in Ashburn (Amazon) where they vanish. Nobody at either company knows who to contact to fix
Seriously, who do we have to email to fix this? I've already filed a complaint with the FCC just out of frustration dealing with customer service reps who refuse to open a ticket or pass it up the chain.
I realize this is several hops removed from you but does this still happen after you flush dns or use a dns server other than your ISP's?
