How important are the prior games to the story?
Everything I've seen of BG3 looks great, I beat BG1 years ago but don't remember much, and never got around to BG2. Is it the sort of game I could just jump into, or would it be much better if I replayed those first?
I was in the same boat, you can jump right in, for sure. There are going to be callbacks and references to the old games, but nothing too important.
