Ours is around the same age and also with chronic kidney disease. He's on a few different supplements, a daily pill, and a prescription diet. We swapped out the greenies for the dry kidney food (Forza) and he doesn't know the difference. To him he's still getting treats. 😁

He's having kidney issues now so he's on a strict diet but I still sneak him the occasional greenie :)
