This is an option through the browser. I think for the current capabilities of lemmy, subscribing to only the communities you mod and enabling that option will do that. And then maybe have a separate account for casual use.
It’s not ideal, but with a few of the apps you can easily switch between accounts, so you can skim your modded communities.
