I, like most Americans, have been around dogs my entire life. There are definitely times when I've felt uneasy or outright threatened by a dog and I've been bit a few times, I was once dragged off my bicycle by a dog attacking me, and yet I don't have the urge to shoot them

I have borderline traumatic experiences with dogs and I don't want to shoot them.

So when I see cops shooting them, it boils my blood. This should be a constitutional violation, this should result in a felony charge unless the officer can prove they were in imminent danger of being mauled to death.

I understand that dog attacks happen and then can be pretty brutal sometimes, but when 99% of cop shooting dogs are in non dangerous situations, it makes you really wonder if these people should be walking around with guns
