On top of that Niko has overly long sleeves which is considered feminine in Japan. I came to the conclusion that Niko is female because she's Japan inspired and feminine at that.
Still very much worth it, even full price. I haven't played it for years, and I still think about it. It's kind of like Outer Wilds in that respect. Small, but very rich experience. I think there's a DLC out too.
