Started my honey harvest today
I do seven supers at a time (the capacity of my deep freezer) so I won't finish for a few weeks.

Where are you located? Do you wait until.your super is full, or just mostly full?
Missouri. I wait until the honey flow is over, which I gauge by monitoring their weight. The flow ended a couple weeks early this year because we've had a drought.
