Gatorade is illegal in some countries because its "electrolytes" are just salt, a lot of salt. Seven days worth of salt in one drink. If you just finished working out really hard that's okay. But if you didn't it's a dangerous amount of salt.
270mg is not 7 days worth of salt. 7 days of my max salt content per day as someone who needs to limit their salt is roughly 14 grams.
It is a rediculous amount for a drink certainly, especially one meant to be particularly "hydrating" but it's isn't dangerous unless you drink a lot of them and only them
It's not the color, but there actually is something in the glacial freeze one that gives it that cool feeling in the back of your throat, like mint/menthol does.

No. Orange is for hangovers. The other ones are for nothing because I can't stomach them with a hangover and there is no other purpose for Gatorade.
