I use the Neo Store with the F-droid repository and the store notified a new update (it's in the attached print) but I always leave it in the manual so I can follow the changelogs and prevent any strange updates to an app. I'm a bit paranoid.
And I was surprised to find one that is not on Joplin's official pages.
A problem updating the pages or really something to worry about?
Could any developer please comment?

Are you certain that’s a legit update? The github seems to stop 5 days ago on 2.13.6
