This is an expansion of a post i made previously, but apparently dead keys literally do not work at all anymore. I had used msklc to get a dead key to work again, it worked once but it was a buggy mess, i rebooted, now the dead key doesn't work again, and neither do any more dead keys i attempted to create. It seems dead keys just do not work at all anymore and i wanna get around this without having to install a whole other OS. what can i do? Edit: i just found out, dead keys actually work only in the first few minutes since the system has booted, but after that it stops working again, this is so stupid.
