Isn't it explicitly against the rules of most of those to trade invites?

Less about a morality line and more about the fact that the mods of those sites will ban you and the person who invited you if they catch you trading invites.
You can earn invites on sites like TorrentLeach which after earned who says one can't give out/trade out? It's mine to give out, etc.
