We're doing our part - both my kids are guarding

So the problem is that they haven't been training lifeguards. I've known a couple of people who were lifeguards, and the training does not take years. So what are they doing?

And closing Seward Park Beach? Yeah right. That place is so popular, nothing is going to keep kids out of the water there.
