Lance Stroll has received a drop of 5 grid positions for the next Race in which he participates and 3 penalty points for overtaking under yellow flag during Free Practice 3.
If tomorrow's race goes on as planned and Stroll participates, that's tomorrow's race. If for some reason Stroll can't participate tomorrow, he won't escape this penalty.

Yeah, I think they introduced this wording after the clusterfuck that happened with Marc Marquez in MotoGP.
