Despite the legendary riff at 0:42, it's often the followup at 0:53 that gets stuck in my head - the bass (I think it's bass, maybe rhythm guitar) almost sounds like piano notes

Mountains of Mourne is also a good one. I mostly just listen to his Best Of album, but my mom was a hippy in the 60s so I grew up listening to all of it.
