I reread the satellite name several times to make sure it wasn’t Arrakis
The name is directly based on that though.
It's actually a clever backronym for "Analysis of Resolved Remnants of Accreted galaxies as a Key Instrument for Halo Surveys" but yeah they defintely chose those words to match the Dune reference.
