Frugal options for merino wool clothing?

I am looking to get some more comfortable clothes for traveling and purchased a Merino wool T-shirt and boxer briefs (I've used Merino wool socks for a while already). Merino wool clothing is super expensive and I don't want to spend upwards of $80 on a shirt. Do you have any recommendations for a frugal alternative?

Costco had a couple merino wool shirts last winter that I snapped up I think they were around $19. They sold out pretty quick, so hopefully they'll bring them back this next winter. Of course, not cost effective if you don't have a membership already

Thank you I'll check them out. If you don't mind my asking, why silk clothing? Silk boxers were the rage when I was in high school, but I wasn't a fan except to sleep in

I just like silk for the texture, and I needed something that looked nice. They’re pretty lightweight, but they do wrinkle easily.

Why merino wool in particular? Personally, I like natural fabrics for travelling. I like light items as I’m usually visiting hotter climates than my own. Viscose, cotton, rayon, modal are ones I look out for.

You could also look for sections hand? Especially t-shirts

Unfortunately we don't have any good thrift stores near me. It's goodwill only around here, which sucks.

I'm trying to find some merino wool, they're really cool, almost like a tech blend, but don't stink and are great for traveling since you can rinse and wash multiple times.

You reached the end
