To be fair, I have no idea how to hold one of those. Bit you can bet I'm sure going to check which is the business end before I go stabbing something with it.

She went blue to thigh, orange to the sky :(

An orange is actually fairly easy to hold. It's pretty much the size of a hand. So, unless you have tiny baby hands, I wouldn't worry too much about how to hold them.

They are pretty clearly labeled and when I first got one, it came with a non-needled practice epipen. That's probably something everyone should be exposed to. The needles come out fast and can do some serious damage and the difference between properly using an epipen or wasting it during an emergency can be life or death.

Yup, always check out the trainer first! My kid has an epi-pen jr and the mechanism changes occasionally.

You have to be exceptionally dumb to fuck up using an epi auto-injector. Especially this particular one. As an American who has to carry one that was also like $100-$200 WITH “decent” insurance.

This is a perfect case study why they give inert "trainer" devices with the live ones. Also why the hell are they using an epi auto injector on fruit
