Love it, gonna send it to our scrum master tomorrow… wait that’s me.

Ugh. As the least introverted member of the team, I got cursed with this role when our lead resigned.

I moved our team from scrum to kanban and reported actual features being delivered instead of imaginary "velocity" points.

Then they hired a new tech lead and brought us back to scrum.

Gaaah. Take me back to coding pleaseeee....
