In the footer you can find a link to the instance's Terms of Service.

Some examples:

• kbin.social
• fedia.io
• karab.in
• readit.fuzz

Some keep it simple, some go full legalese (only one of these four).

Respectful Behavior

We expect all users to treat each other with respect and kindness. Harassment, hate speech, or any other form of harmful behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any content or user that violates these guidelines.
Early Version

Kbin is still in its early version, and not all features may work as intended. We are constantly working on improving the platform, and appreciate any feedback or suggestions from our users.
Community Moderation

Each magazine on Kbin has its own moderators, who are responsible for enforcing the community's rules and guidelines. If you have any issues with a particular community or its moderators, please contact us.
Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so at any time by clicking the "Delete Account" button in your user settings. Please note that this action is irreversible and will delete all of your data from our servers.

By using Kbin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

There isn't much strict guidelines for content yet. NSFW is allowed. Just dont be a violent racist or something and youre good to go

Just add "/terms" after the domain name, like https://feddit.online/terms

Terms, and other information screens, are not listed anywhere in the KBIN UI that I've been able to find. I expect it will be in the future.
