Winning one over big corps and not killing animals. Seems incredibly vegan to me and therefore appropriate to post.
Similar thing happens with the Mandarin Orange Chik'n by Gardein. I think they're supposed to have 16 lil nuggets, but some bags have 17 or 18. If you feel inside you can tell which do. Just feel for conjoined ones.
My theory is the conjoined ones count as one nugget by the machine that packs them. I however consider the conjoined to be two.
I love those patties!
