The guy who assaulted Brown said

“I told [Justice Brown]: ‘You’re clearly intoxicated and the girls are creeped out by you. He shoved me …. I pushed him back, then punched him in the face twice and he fell to the ground.”

Police decided that punching Brown repeatedly in the head

“appeared reasonable and necessary, and no crime was determined.”

I don't know the name of any Canadian Supreme Court judges and I think that is a good thing. Less politics in the judiciary!
