Fuck off ... beer expert is a Cicerone... Not a sommelier. Dumbasses.
Edit: yes, a tilt pour needs to end with a "hard" pour to try to create a head on any beer. Even a NEIPA can form a head.
Soooo never drink beer from the bottle?
