How do you build and stream (to Android) you music collection

As per title, what if one wants to have a paid subscription to the likes of Spotify etc, but also the MP3/FLAV version of those tracks? What's the easiest way?

I know about lidarr but the fact it's album-centric is a bit of a PITA if all you care for are individual tracks of an album.

Also, which are some good Android apps to stream/download your home server collection of MP3s/FLACs?

Thanks!

I use Plex server and plexamp as client on my phone. It's hard to find individual tracks in torrents. I download whole discography anyways.

Plexamp is probably the best music player I have ever used.

Prologue is great for audiobooks too.

You install Plex media server. You forward a port in your router config. You add a library and point to your music folder. You download (and pay I believe?) a one-time fee to download Plex amp. Profit

I do this too, but I use Symfonium to stream my Plex music to my phone.

I use yt-dlp to download from Youtube Music. Works for single tracks, albums, playlists etc

I just bought a 512GB micro SD card and loaded my 322GB music collection onto it. That way I have my music with me 24/7 and don't have to worry about connection issues.
