Maybe the UK because of the tarmac sidewalks. Though that blue street sign doesn’t look like it’s from the UK. Probably Central Europe. Could be Austria

Doesn't look particularly german (traffic signs don't fit), but definitely european.
Switzerland and Austria use those blue street signs on houses.
