Eve will remain operationally independent; the acquisition is effective immediately with the Eve portfolio being integrated into the ABB smart home range.

Let’s hope that it’ll only get better.

I suspect we all know that this will only go one of two ways.

-Eve gets an influx of cash and manufacturing access to improve product line up, elevating a great brand to a new level

OR

-Eve gets an influx of cash AND management that is solely revenue focused that drives it into the ground

They’ve got an interesting product lineup focusing more on commercial it seems.
