Casa Bonita eliminates tipping, going against service industry norm

“In order to provide a higher-than-average, dependable wage, we shifted to a no-tipping model and doubled the hourly rate to more than $30/hr for our service staff. This shift also benefits our guests, who can enjoy Casa Bonita without incurring unexpected costs,” management said.
That is awesome. Finally servers are being paid a livable wage and not reliant on tips. Good on the south park boys proud of my home town.

That's it. They get my business. Idc if the Southpark things are true, no tipping is an immediate yes from me.
Edit: To add, the norm isn't good. The norm. Is following the tradition of literal bribery.
I hope this becomes the norm.
It was a failing/failed business and the creators of south park bought it and are revitalizing it
