I legitimately think that only Heat fans are surprised by this. Our lack of pre-draft moves would only really matter if good players were being traded around, but they aren't. Can't really blame a FO for not securing a trade that never existed in the first place.
Kinda funny how this whole drama was completely media generated. Lillard didnt ask for a trade, the Blazers wasnt shopping him. But a whole narrative was created to whip us all up in a frenzy.
there are no good moves for them now. give it a final run and then blow it up at the deadline. and hope dame doesn’t get hurt in the process.
Now that they have 6’2” Dame locked in with 6’2” Scoot, the question becomes what kind of haul can they get for 6’3” Simons, because that seems like a lot of stock for any team to have in 3 undersized guards
