That’s great and all, but if ARIN really wants to prolong IPv4 exhaustion perhaps they should ask for some of those /8s back.. just saying.

The U.S Department of Justice says Golestan will serve 60 months in prison, followed by a 2-year term of court-ordered supervision. The Micfo CEO also was ordered to pay nearly $77,000 in restitution to ARIN for its work in assisting federal prosecutors.
That is actually pretty reasonable
So his business is spam, then.
The act of consciously and deliberately contributing to the proliferation of spam is anti-human behaviour. The fraud penalties are a mere pittance compared to what this sociopath deserves.
