I’m certainly biased as a Sabres fan, but I’m surprised Dahlin didn’t finish top five in Norris voting. He was a two way force all year, save a week or two where he was injured. The entire team pretty much revolves around him.

If they snubbed him this year like the year he lost to Due Doughty (that year he led the league is assists, not just as a defenseman, but overall) for being "too offensively minded, i'd've lost it.
Happy to see them recognize his absolutely ridiculous season on a bottom feeder team.
In my opinion there were no major surprises this year.
