Volkswagen admits it got it wrong with fiddly touchscreens, apologises to customers

I think I just reconnected with VW. Touch screens in cars are probably the worst automotive innovation.

Obvs not the correct sub for this but can't find anywhere more suitable.

There's a couple VW-specific communities but they seem dead thus far. And of course there's always the many variations on...
