So they may be suggesting that Ukraine should use paragliders to attack where Russia is unprepared. This is however a stupid idea as drones are expendable and People are not.
Yes. I was in no way intending to imply that the area in the picture was Russia. I meant Russian held territory where they attack Russia. I was referring to the sides of the conflict, not borders.
