For me it's the local gas station. Those ladies make great tacos.
If you're in North Austin, Taqueria Los Regios has the best Al Pastor tacos in Austin, IMO. They're the yellow food truck in the parking lot of the Sunoco located off of Braker Ln.
Paprika ATX right near the Michi Ramen in North Lamar is also excellent, I highly recommend them.
