Court just recessed for lunch after FL State Prosecutors and Defence gave closing arguments. State's closing was fairly strong focusing on the elements of the charges and evidence of testimony. Mark Eiglarsh began his closing very strongly as well however ran out of time after being granted additional time. Failed to cover the elements of the case. Prosecution rebuttal after lunch. Judge denied Eiglarsh's request for more time.
