School vouchers defund public schools. Somewhat similar to how tax cuts for one group raise taxes for everyone else.

What? No, obviously the savings are moved on down the line, and creates more jobs too!

The thing about vouchers, or any government handout really, is that without corresponding price controls the price just goes up to match the voucher.
