Surprisingly, the tummy is not forbidden at all, but is moreso a trap designed to make me late for work while I give her attention.

Is always a trap, just not necessarily the trap we expect.

You disrupted the charging cycle and so the trap was not fully set

It's like I can hear the catto screaming, "GET OVER HERE AND SCRATCH ME, SLAVE!"

Oh she is absolutely a scream cat. I refer to her as such. And the whole neighborhood hears her sorrows.
