They're basically saying "JVM, .NET, Node, a bunch of CI/CD and DevOps tools" and then a bunch of repeats and calling out adjacent technologies/specific dependencies. It's not something where you'd be expected to work on all of those every day, but work full-stack at a company a bit and drift into a few different projects and you'd check those boxes. This is just a very bad/scary job posting calling out every minutiae.
