How is it btw? I'd assume battery life on laptops would be non-existent, since everything runs in a VM, right?

never had it running on a laptop. but i assume you are right. aside from this it feels like driving a RAM 2500 or an F-250 its definitely no maserati sports car. don´t get me wrong. it´s not slow at all. but its heavy as fuck. if you think about getting 32GB of RAM better make it 64GB.

Would be cool if there was something like qubesos, but with namespaces instead of virtual machines. I guess we're slowly moving there with Flatpak, but they only seem to be concerned with GUI apps and see sandboxing as a convenience tool for developers, not so much as a security measure.

It was okay on my old T460 which only has 56% of its original capacities. Got about 1.5hrs with sys-* and personal/work VM running. For me it's a tinkerer distro rather than privacy distro, because every time I use my laptop, I tend to find new problems haha. Oh also it sucks when connecting to public WiFi with captive portal.
