Best restaurants in Athens

I'm currently traveling around Greece and will be visiting Athens in a few days. I'm trying to find restaurants that are liked by locals and aren't to expensive.

Not a local and I don't know but I think you better check the kbin version of greece since it is more active than the lemmy one.

I live in athens for a while now, and weirdly enough the best restaurant i found is in the center area, while they might not have the best service because of the customer traffic, the food is consistently good. So please feel free to explore the restaurant around Monastiraki, Plaka and Thiseio (Apostolou Pavlou) area.
