@NotBadAndYou They should require a rent DECREASE instead. It's already hella expensive
I'm sure landlords won't actually raise it that much. It's not like landlords are greedy fu-- (ಠ_ಠ") oh wait
What's news about this? Mine raised my rent 10% in July.
Assuming they max it, which they do, my rent would have gone up 34% since the pandemic began.
