In my native Latin America we have this saying, "ladrón que roba a ladrón tiene cien años de perdón" ("a thief that steals from a thief has a hundred years of forgiveness") and... yeah guess it may apply here

Latin America as a whole has absolutely zero advice to offer the rest of the world regarding domestic moral principles, I'm afraid.
So . . . we need to alert the rest of the world how to get their stuff back from the British Museum. Got it.
These failed state countries can't be trusted to look after priceless artifacts. I propose they be moved to responsible countries like Nigeria and Greece for safekeeping.
