Ah, the “Gauntlets of the Arcane Fist” are gauntlets of ogre power, with a few small extras - reincarnate doesn’t just let you boost stats - or all the cool kids would be doing it
And how'd that happen?
That's a pretty long story, but the half-orc result is from the reincarnate spell and a (lucky??) roll.
Ah, reincarnate ! Should have led with this. A classic case of rerolling your character for a second go at life :)

Her strength is, I think 11? But those "gauntlets of the arcane fist" are gauntlets of ogre power with some extra features. This statline (rolled) is really high even without the 19 strength in there.
Proficiency in intimidation with +7?? That'd be the cutest intimidation of all time
Oh yeah, she got the intimidation proficiency from the half-orc racial package... I think it probably stems entirely from the fact that she's 6'8" now.

I was playing a monk, and we got engaged from afar by a hostile group, including archers. I got wrecked on the approach, and was downed multiple times.
...then after the fight, I realized I had Deflect Missles. :|
