My homemade buckeye cupcakes

I've been doing the 52 weeks of baking challenge all year and decided to do buckeye cupcakes for the cupcake challenge. Matches up perfectly with the huge OSU/ND game tomorrow, so go Bucks!

Honestly making the buckeyes is always the worst part because you have to hand dip each one. I make buckeyes all the damn time and have found that a cookie scoop is the perfecti size for buckeyes and have a container dedicated to melted chocolate every fall. The cupcakes dont take long and i just used this recipe for them. The buttermilk made the cupcakes so incredibly moist and i am really happy with how they turned out.
