Could anybody identify this bird please?
I'm sorry for the terrible quality (not my video). It's in a housing estate in Ireland. (Dublin, Meath or Louth)

Definitely a bird of prey. Maybe a harrier or a buzzard? With the light underside...
Thanks.. trying to figure out if it's a Harrier or Buzzard.. 😄 Thought Buzzard was much bigger.. But we put it to a few friends and that's where we got stuck.
Hard to judge it's size from the video, if you say it's on the larger side, then probably a harrier
