- Loquat Wine (white would have been better, but loquat was all I had)
- Black Pepper

What's loquat wine going to taste like? Sweet white? Maybe pair with a coconut soup tom yum approach?
it tastes like sour alcoholic loquats, it's fine for cooking but that's about it. I've got 40 litres of the stuff, along with loquat jam, loquat fruit leather and a tree full of ripe loquats.
I would love to try the wine and leather, but you said litres, which means I'd have to swim a long way to get there.
I grew up with a loquat tree, and we never made any of that, but loved the fruit, nonetheless.
