An overnight Ukrainian drone attack has struck the Tolyattikauchuk petrochemical plant in Russia’s Samara region, igniting a major blaze and forcing the evacuation of workers at the neighboring AvtoVAZ automotive factory. Concurrently, missiles struck the Proton defense microelectronics plant in Oryol, destroying a key workshop supplying components for T-90 and T-14 tanks, Pantsir-S1 systems, and Iskander-M and S-71 missiles.
