Billionaires have resorted to gaslighting Californians in an effort to defeat Prop 40, the proposed 5% tax on their wealth.

The wealth tax on billionaires is very popular, but the oligarch class has set up ballot initiatives to cancel out the wealth tax, even if it does pass.
