So... is the joke just that he hunted one too many dwarves?

Pretty sure it's the absurdity of someone not only hunting gnomes but that there are regulations about it.

Close! As far as I can tell, joke is that it’s a specific 7 dwarves, the ones from Snow White

I think I might just be too autistic for this comic series lol.

Why would a hunter be hunting the 7 dwarves? I don't see the connection besides the number of dwarves.
