So almot half of the music there was slop? Jesus christ
Since there really isn't any limit to how fast these slopsongs can be squirted out It is going to be the huge majority in a short while.
I haven’t used Spotify since they ran ads for ICE. Its dead to me.
Weren't they promoting AI music like a year ago?
YES! I'm sure their stuff is still being pushed.
Sadly, jazz lists are still full of content-mill-ass elevator music shitting out inoffensive slop-adjacent goop sprinkled with sequences from jazz standards to make it seem passable.
Eh, not everything is AI, people have been saying that same thing about my music for 20 years
I don't think it's necessarily AI-generated, but having a real live band record tons of instrumental jazz for hours under ten different band names is not much of an improvement. Check out this shit: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DXa1rZf8gLhyz?pi=u-toj1sUrtQYGb
Well yeah, they’re not gonna remove their entire jazz catalog.
Spam? You mean all music made with AI?
