foss android soundcloud client reccomendation?
Pipepipe doesn't play soundcloud songs for me since a couple of days and it is marked as legacy anyway. Firefox doesn't play songs, and vanadoum also has issues sometimes.
What do you use or recommend to listen to sets on soundcloud?

I rarely used it for this purpose, but Newpipe should be able to.

I'm using a morphee-patched SoundCloud and it works, it doesn't count as foss though
i quickly glanced at their FAQ and found this before i posted. i am not sure what excludes it from being FOSS but sorry if it does:
The Morphe patches themselves are FOSS, but they are patches on top of the proprietary official SoundCloud app, which ultimately still makes it proprietary.
ah, gotcha! and this is different with something like newpipe?
Yes. NewPipe is a complete, from the ground up implementation.
Soundcrowd?
soundcrowd had several issues when I checked it out a few months ago. Iirc it was about how it fisplays songs, sorting, filtering, subscribing. It wasn't a good experience
